Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Home Loan Sales Officers / Relationship Executives
  • Drive sourcing of Home Loan business through DSA, channel partners, builders, and direct sales
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for Home Loan products
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, developers, and referral partners
  • Ensure high-quality customer service and smooth loan processing
  • Monitor team performance, conduct reviews, and provide regular training
  • Ensure compliance with bank policies, KYC norms, and regulatory guidelines
  • Prepare MIS reports and provide regular updates to senior management

Key Requirements

  • Graduate / MBA in Sales, Marketing, Finance, or related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in Home Loan / Mortgage sales (Bank or NBFC)
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Strong team handling and leadership skills
  • communication and negotiation skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
