Job Description

JOB TITLE : SALES MANAGER Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets and increase market share in the solar industry. Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients and channel partners to ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team and channel partners to enhance their performance and achieve individual and collective sales goals. Collaborate with marketing, product development, and operations teams to align sales initiatives and support business growth. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements. Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to senior management. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote brand awareness and generate new business. Provide technical and commercial consultation to clients on solar PV modules, components, and solutions. Qualifications: Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Renewable Energy), Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 7 years of proven experience in B2B sales, with at least 5 years in the solar or renewable energy industry preferred. Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment. Experience in channel management, key account management, and large-scale project sales. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite. What We Offer: 6 lpa + Incentives
