Job Description

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy & Planning
  • Develop and implement sales strategies for industrial solar power solutions.
  • Identify target industries (textiles, manufacturing, food processing, etc.) and plan outreach.
  • Business Development
  • Generate leads through field visits, digital platforms, and networking.
  • Identify and pursue large-scale solar project opportunities (rooftop and ground-mounted).
  • Client Relationship Management
  • Meet with industrial clients to understand their energy needs.
  • Provide tailored solar solutions, ROI analysis, and financial feasibility reports.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Proposal & Quotation
  • Collaborate with technical teams to prepare project proposals, designs, and quotations.
  • Present competitive pricing and payment plans (CAPEX, OPEX, PPA models).
  • Technical Coordination
  • Coordinate with the engineering team for site surveys, feasibility studies, and project design.
  • Stay updated with latest solar technologies and government policies/incentives.
  • Target Achievement
  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Track sales pipeline and ensure closure of deals on time.
  • Team Management (if applicable)
  • Guide and supervise sales executives or channel partners.
  • Conduct training and performance reviews.
  • Market Intelligence
  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing.
  • Provide insights to management for strategic decisions.
  • Documentation & Compliance
  • Ensure proper documentation for agreements, approvals, and government incentives.
  • Understand relevant industrial power policies and solar compliance norms.
  • Post-Sales Coordination
  • Support project execution by coordinating between client and installation team.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and handle any post-installation concerns.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,465.10 - ₹41,902.79 per month
