Project Manager - Solar Energy (Rooftop Installations)

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager with expertise in the solar industry, particularly in rooftop installations for residential, commercial, and industrial segments. Key Responsibilities:

Project Management: Lead and oversee end-to-end solar rooftop installation projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.

Cross-Department Coordination: Manage and coordinate with various teams, including proposals & planning, purchase, engineering, and customer service backup, to drive project execution.

Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of more than 40 professionals, ensuring smooth collaboration and efficient workflow.

Solar Expertise: Ensure projects are in line with the latest technological advancements and industry best practices.

Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs.

Quality Assurance: Monitor project progress, quality of work, and compliance with safety standards.

Technical Knowledge: Apply engineering skills and knowledge of CAD software to assist in designing and planning systems.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Experience: Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in the solar industry, with a proven track record in rooftop solar installations.

Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities with experience managing large teams (more than 40 people).

Technical Expertise: Solid understanding of solar technology, and proficiency in CAD and engineering tools.

Knowledge of Local Market: Adequate experience working in Tamil Nadu, especially in rooftop solar installations.

Computer Skills: Proficiency in relevant software, with a preference for candidates familiar with CAD.

Education: Engineering background (B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering preferred).

Project Management: Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills to manage complex projects efficiently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
