Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy & Planning
  • Develop sales plans aligned with company strategy and policies.
  • Implement and monitor sales plans to ensure achievement of targets.
  • Market & Business Development
  • Conduct regular market scans to analyze competitors’ strategies.
  • Formulate strategies to enhance market share and brand presence.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and untapped markets.
  • Frequent market visits across Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, and other regions.
  • Channel Management
  • Manage brokers and dealers; develop policies and guidelines for them.
  • Strengthen partnerships to maximize sales and ensure smooth operations.
  • Team Leadership & Development
  • Lead, train, and develop the sales team to achieve business objectives.
  • Motivate team members and ensure consistent performance and target achievement.
  • Monitor performance through sales MIS and dashboards.
  • Sales Operations
  • Manage the complete sales cycle—from business development to collection of payments.
  • Prepare and analyze MIS reports, dashboards, and sales forecasts.
  • Ensure timely execution of business development and brand management initiatives.

  • Ability to formulate and execute sales strategies.
  • Proficiency in MS Office & Advanced Excel.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in sales management, preferably in [industry-specific domain].
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and expanding market share.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
