Key Responsibilities: Lead the sales team to achieve enrollment and revenue targets for various study-abroad destinations (Canada, USA, UK, Australia, etc.). Drive and manage the entire sales funnelfrom lead generation to final enrollment. Develop sales strategies and execution plans for the region or center. Coordinate with the marketing team to support campaigns and events for lead generation. Build and nurture institutional and channel partner relationships. Ensure high-quality service delivery and student satisfaction throughout the counseling process. Track sales performance through CRM and regularly report metrics to senior management. Participate in seminars, education fairs, and outreach activities as needed. Requirements: Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant postgraduate degree preferred. Minimum 4–7 years of experience in B2C sales, preferably in the overseas education or EdTech industry. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong leadership and team management experience. Familiarity with CRM tools and student engagement platforms. Ability to handle pressure and a fast-paced work environment.
