Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Source and acquire retail clients for
Equity Trading and Demat account
openings
Ensure a smooth handover of newly acquired clients to the
Equity Dealer
for market advice and trade execution
Monitor client engagement and coordinate with dealers to
maximize trade volumes
Identify client needs and promote relevant financial products such as:
Mutual Funds/ Portfolio Management Services (PMS)/Fixed Deposits (FDs)/Insurance (Life/General)/Bonds & Private Equity products

Preferred candidate profile

2-4 years in financial services, preferably in retail broking, wealth management, or investment advisory roles.
Freshers with strong communication skills and relevant certifications (e.g., NISM) may be considered for entry-level positions.

Prior experience in client acquisition, equity/debt market sales, or cross-selling investment products is highly desirable.
