Job Description

?Relationship Manager are territory focused and are given monthly sales and visit targets. Usually, they will report to a Branch Sales Manager. Working as a sales professional within Housing Loans and Mortgage Loans usually means that you are required to travel to meet with new and existing clients and doing Marketing activities.Territory Focus and Targets: Relationship Managers are typically assigned specific territories or regions to focus on. They are given measurable goals, such as monthly sales targets and a minimum number of client visits. These targets help track their performance and ensure they are actively engaged in business development. Reporting Structure: Relationship Managers usually report to a Branch Sales Manager or a similar supervisory role. This provides a clear chain of command and allows for regular performance reviews and guidance. Client Interaction and Marketing: A significant part of the role involves direct interaction with clients: Meeting with Existing Clients: Building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, understanding their evolving financial needs, and identifying opportunities for cross-selling or upselling. Meeting with New Clients: Prospecting for new clients, conducting needs assessments, and presenting loan products and services. Marketing Activities: Relationship Managers often engage in various marketing activities to generate leads and build brand awareness. This might include attending industry events, participating in community outreach programs, and utilizing digital marketing channels.
