Role: Sales Manager (Pan-India focus)

Key Responsibilities

✅ Drive dealer & franchise recruitment in targeted regions

✅ Build and manage institutional sales pipeline (schools, universities, corporates, govt.)

✅ Manage sales team and ensure monthly/quarterly targets are achieved

✅ Coordinate with marketing team to convert leads into revenue

✅ Handle exhibitions, client visits, and dealer meets

👤

Ideal Candidate

  • 6–10 years of

    B2B sales experience

    (furniture/interiors/building materials preferred)
  • Strong network with architects, dealers, and institutional buyers
  • Experience in

    dealer/distributor/channel development

  • Familiarity with

    CRM tools (Zoho preferred)

  • Willingness to travel extensively pan-India
