Role: GeM Expert

GeM Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain our OEM presence on

  GeM Portal

  .
• Handle

  product listing, pricing, and compliance

  as per GeM norms.
• Draft and issue

  OEM Authorisation Certificates

  to dealers in line with company policy.
• Monitor tenders on GeM and prepare

  technical & commercial bids

  .
• Coordinate with sales, dealers, and tender authorities for smooth execution.
• Ensure compliance with

  Govt. procurement policies, eligibility criteria, and DS&D norms

  .
• Maintain a register/log of all authorisations issued and tenders participated in.

Requirements

• Minimum

  3–5 years’ experience

  in GeM portal management.
• Strong knowledge of

  GeM rules, procurement guidelines, and tender drafting

  .
• Familiarity with

  institutional furniture tenders

  will be an added advantage.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.
• Based in

  Haryana/NCR

  preferred, but open to hybrid working.
