About the Role

Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Drive

  new business acquisition

  in IT Services/Staffing across enterprise and mid-market clients.
• Build and maintain a

  strong sales pipeline

  through prospecting, networking, and market research.
• Understand client requirements and position company’s

  IT services, digital solutions, and staffing capabilities

  effectively.
• Manage the

  entire sales cycle

  – lead generation, proposal preparation, negotiations, and contract closure.
• Collaborate with internal

  delivery and recruitment teams

  to ensure successful service execution.
• Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual

  sales revenue targets

  .
• Develop long-term

  strategic relationships

  with CXOs, HR leaders, and procurement teams.
• Stay updated with

  industry trends

  in IT services, staffing, digital transformation, and technology consulting.

Key Requirements

• 8+ years of experience

  in sales for

  IT Staffing, Consulting, or IT Services Projects

  .
• Proven success in

  client acquisition, account management, and revenue growth

  .
• Strong network of

  decision-makers (CXOs/HR/Procurement) in IT industry

  .
• Experience selling

  staff augmentation, managed services, or digital IT solutions

  .
• Excellent

  negotiation, communication, and presentation

  skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM in Sales/Marketing (preferred but not mandatory).
• Experience selling in

  GCC

  is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with

  MSP/VMS models, SOW-based projects, or offshore delivery models
