Role Definition

The Sales Manager for the International SDR Team (US Shift) is responsible for leading a team of SDRs focused on outbound international sales targeting the US market. The role ensures high performance in daily outreach, lead qualification using the BANT framework, pipeline development, and smooth deal handovers. The manager will coach, monitor, and drive team effectiveness while being accountable for CRM discipline, process adherence, and achievement of revenue-related goals.

Responsibility Deliverable

1. Team Leadership & Coaching: Provide mentorship, support, and performance coaching to SDRs to enhance effectiveness and morale.

2. Performance Monitoring: Track daily metrics and conversions to ensure SDRs meet expected sales outcomes.

3. Process Governance: Enforce accurate use of CRM and ensure adherence to qualification frameworks like BANT.

3. Sales Process Governance

i. 100% CRM hygiene compliance (real-time updates, notes, and lead status).

4. Pipeline & Closure Management

i. Minimum 80% success rate in SQL to demo scheduling.

ii. Improved lead-to-deal conversion rate by 15% quarter-on-quarter.

iii. Zero gaps in demo-to-AM handover and follow-through.

5. Cross-functional Collaboration

i. Bi-weekly alignment meetings with QA and Marketing.

ii. Implementation of at least one strategic improvement per month.

iii. Active participation in campaign planning and post-analysis.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per year
