Job Description

A Sales Manager for Inspire Windoors, a company specializing in uPVC and aluminum windows and doors, would be responsible for leading, motivating, and managing the sales team to achieve company targets. This role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring the company's success in the building materials industry. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy Development & Implementation: Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue, market share, and brand awareness. Team Leadership & Motivation: Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales goals, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including architects, contractors, builders, and developers. Sales Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Reporting & Communication: Prepare and present regular sales reports, communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, and collaborate with other departments. Product Knowledge: Possess in-depth knowledge of Inspire Windoors' products, including uPVC and aluminum windows and doors, and their applications. Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies in the building materials industry. Qualifications: Experience: Typically requires 3-5 years of experience in sales management, ideally within the building materials or related industry. Leadership & Motivation: Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a sales team. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for building rapport and presenting product information. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop effective strategies. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to address customer concerns and resolve issues effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, and other relevant software. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
