Job Description

The Sales Manager position at IDFC FIRST Bank is a key role within the Retail Banking team based in Pune, Maharashtra. As the Sales Manager for the 2 Wheeler Loan division, your primary responsibility will be to drive sales and cultivate relationships with customers in the 2 wheeler market. Your main duties will include developing and executing sales strategies to meet targets for 2 Wheeler Loan products, as well as sourcing and onboarding new customers through various channels like direct sales, referrals, and partnerships. Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty will also be a crucial aspect of your role. To excel in this position, you will need to conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities, collaborate with different teams to introduce new products and services, and consistently monitor sales performance. Staying informed about industry trends and competitor activities will also be essential for making informed business decisions. Additionally, you will be responsible for training and guiding sales team members to guarantee high performance and compliance with company policies and procedures. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in any field and have 2 to 5 years of sales experience, with a preference for experience in the 2 wheeler loan market.,
