Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Target Achievement:

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the assigned branch location.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase sales revenue.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure repeat business.

Cross Functional Collaboration

  • Coordinate with all concerned departments to ensure seamless execution of the project.
  • Maintain strong, consistent communication lines between the Sales Team, Client, Design and Project team.
  • Monitor project timelines and coordinate with project managers to anticipate and mitigate risks.

Customer Acquisition & Relationship Building:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product solutions.
  • Handle customer inquiries.

Branch Location Sales Support:

  • Assist the branch team in achieving overall branch sales objectives.
  • Keep track of competitor activities within the branch location.

Field Sales & Market Research:

  • Conduct market visits to identify potential clients and develop sales leads.
  • Gather and report market feedback and trends to improve sales strategies.

Reporting & Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales and daily activities in CRM tool Salesforce.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the Branch Manager.

Required Qualification, Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Bachelors degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • Relevant sales experience, preferably from same industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
