Sales Manager – Gym & Fitness Equipment Location: Delhi Job Type: Full-Time Reports To: Director of Sales / General Manager Position Summary: We are seeking an ambitious, experienced, and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our gym and fitness equipment sales division. This role requires a driven professional with deep knowledge of fitness equipment sales, strong business acumen, and leadership capabilities. The Sales Manager will be responsible for building and managing a high-performing sales team, expanding our customer base, and developing long-term client relationships with gyms, fitness chains, hotels, wellness centers, physiotherapy clinics, corporate wellness programs, and educational institutions. You will play a critical role in scaling our operations and contributing to our position as a market leader in the fitness industry. Key Responsibilities: Sales Leadership & Strategy: · Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base. · Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to refine sales strategies. · Forecast sales performance and deliver accurate reporting to senior leadership. · Identify and secure new business opportunities across regional and national markets.
