Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve volume, revenue, and growth targets.
  • Manage and expand distributor and channel partner networks across assigned territories.
  • Drive retail expansion by increasing product placements in MT, GT, e-commerce partners, and dedicated toy stores.
  • Lead primary and secondary sales initiatives, including forecasting and demand planning.
  • Implement trade promotions, visibility plans, merchandising activities, and retailer schemes.
  • Monitor market trends, pricing, consumer behaviour, and competitor activities to provide actionable insights.
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and supply chain teams to support new launches and ensure product availability.
  • Conduct regular market visits to strengthen retailer relationships and identify new opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with sales processes, reporting, and distributor performance metrics.
  • Negotiate commercial terms with distributors, retailers, and trade partners to improve profitability.
