Job Description

Sales Manager


Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and manage new leads through various channels (online platforms, referrals, walk-ins, etc.)
  • Conduct site visits, property presentations, and client meetings
  • Understand client needs and recommend suitable property solutions
  • Manage end-to-end sales process: from lead generation to closing the deal
  • Coordinate with legal, finance, and operations teams for smooth transactions
  • Maintain and update the CRM with accurate client and sales data
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the management
  • Stay updated with real estate market trends in Goa
  • Represent the company at property exhibitions and events (if any)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • Prior experience in real estate sales (1 year preferred but freshers with strong communication skills are welcome)
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Good understanding of Goa’s property market is a plus
