As a Sales Manager , you will be responsible for driving property sales across North and South Goa. You will work closely with the leadership team to strategize, generate leads, and close deals while building strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Generate and manage new leads through various channels (online platforms, referrals, walk-ins, etc.) Conduct site visits, property presentations, and client meetings Understand client needs and recommend suitable property solutions Manage end-to-end sales process: from lead generation to closing the deal Coordinate with legal, finance, and operations teams for smooth transactions Maintain and update the CRM with accurate client and sales data Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the management Stay updated with real estate market trends in Goa Represent the company at property exhibitions and events (if any) Preferred Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline Prior experience in real estate sales (1 year preferred but freshers with strong communication skills are welcome) Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills Self-motivated and target-driven Good understanding of Goa’s property market is a plus What We Offer: Attractive performance-based incentives Opportunity to grow in a startup environment Hands-on exposure to end-to-end real estate sales operations Flexible work culture Training and mentoring support
