Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Achieving sales targets, adding newer hospitals
Develop strong relationships with key customers through effective communication and negotiation skills.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and services in the hospital market.
Manage sales performance by setting goals, tracking progress, and identifying areas for improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

3-8 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or related field (hospital sales, institutional sales).
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharma) or relevant life sciences discipline (B.Sc).
Strong understanding of healthcare sales principles, hospital marketing strategies, surgical sales techniques, critical care products/services.
Excellent communication skills; ability to work effectively under pressure.
