Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager, located in Noida. The Sales Manager will lead sales efforts, identifying potential opportunities, building relationships with clients, and presenting tailored solutions to achieve sales targets. Responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, managing the sales pipeline, preparing and delivering presentations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as design and operations. Additionally, the role involves overseeing client accounts, negotiating contracts, and ensuring a seamless sales experience from initial contact to project completion.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and negotiation skills, including experience with client relationship management and account management
• Proven expertise in developing and executing sales strategies, as well as managing sales pipelines
• Effective communication and presentation skills to engage with clients and stakeholders
• Strong organizational abilities and experience in delivering results within deadlines
• Experience in the interior design or home improvement industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
• Adaptability, collaboration skills, and a customer-focused mindset
