Sales Manager - Heavy Earth Moving Machinery (HEMM)

You are a result-oriented and technically sound Sales Manager with 5 to 10 years of experience in capital equipment sales, particularly in drilling rigs, piling rigs, and Heavy Earth Moving Machinery (HEMM). Your role involves leading business development efforts in the construction equipment, mining, infrastructure, and heavy engineering industry. Your responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities in Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, and neighboring regions. You will build and maintain strong client relationships with contractors, EPC firms, and mining operators. Promoting and selling a range of drilling rigs, piling rigs, and HEMM products, preparing proposals, delivering presentations, and leading commercial negotiations are key aspects of your role. Achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets, monitoring competitor activities, pricing, and market trends, and ensuring customer satisfaction through coordination with technical and after-sales teams are also part of your responsibilities. As the ideal candidate, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mining, Civil, or a related field (MBA preferred). A strong network in the construction, infrastructure, or mining sectors, sound technical knowledge of heavy machinery and on-site applications, excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, and willingness to travel extensively are required.
