This role requires a proactive individual with deep understanding of ocean freight, forwarding operations, NVOCC services, and customer relationship management.
Identify and develop new business opportunities in Freight Forwarding / NVOCC.
Manage client acquisition, retention, and growth to achieve revenue targets.
Work with operations, pricing, and customer service teams to deliver customized logistics solutions.
Conduct market study, competitor analysis, and share insights with management.
Build strong, long-term customer relationships and ensure high service standards.
Monitor industry trends to position company solutions effectively.
Prepare sales reports, pipeline updates, and performance tracking.
Ensure seamless coordination between internal teams for timely service delivery.
Strong network in logistics and shipping industry preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer management skills.
Ability to handle revenue targets and ensure monthly achievement.
