About the Role:

Sales Manager – Growth & GTM

What You'll Do:

• Drive end-to-end SaaS sales for TradeZapp in the Indian market
• Lead and execute the GTM (Go-To-Market) strategy for new product features and launches
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline from lead generation to closure
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, customer success) to align sales efforts
• Identify high-potential sectors and decision-makers for product adoption
• Represent TradeZapp in demos, client meetings, and key conversations
• Track, analyze, and optimize sales performance metrics

What You Bring:

• 4–5 years of experience in

  software/SaaS sales

  , preferably in a startup environment
• Proven experience in leading

  product sales

  in the Indian B2B market
• Hands-on experience with

  GTM strategy

  and execution
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skill
• A self-starter mindset with a bias for action and results
• Comfort with CRM tools and digital sales workflows
