About the Role: We’re looking for a driven and entrepreneurial Sales Manager – Growth & GTM to lead product sales efforts and shape our go-to-market strategy. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in SaaS sales , especially in startup environments, who thrives on ownership and results. What You'll Do: Drive end-to-end SaaS sales for TradeZapp in the Indian market Lead and execute the GTM (Go-To-Market) strategy for new product features and launches Build and manage a strong sales pipeline from lead generation to closure Work closely with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, customer success) to align sales efforts Identify high-potential sectors and decision-makers for product adoption Represent TradeZapp in demos, client meetings, and key conversations Track, analyze, and optimize sales performance metrics What You Bring: 4–5 years of experience in software/SaaS sales , preferably in a startup environment Proven experience in leading product sales in the Indian B2B market Hands-on experience with GTM strategy and execution Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skill A self-starter mindset with a bias for action and results Comfort with CRM tools and digital sales workflows What We Offer: Competitive salary package + performance-based incentives High ownership and autonomy to shape sales strategy Exposure to startup culture, rapid learning, and a high-impact role A collaborative and driven team working to solve meaningful problems
