Key Responsibilities: Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through various channels like networking, cold calling, and social media. Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Sales Presentations and Negotiations: Presenting products or services to clients, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. Sales Target Achievement: Meeting or exceeding sales quotas and contributing to the overall sales revenue growth of the company. Market Research and Analysis: Staying informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Collaboration and Communication: Working with internal teams (marketing, customer support) to ensure a seamless client experience and sharing market feedback. Performance Tracking and Reporting: Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and generating performance reports. Skills Required: Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Effectively communicating with clients, presenting products, and building rapport. Sales Skills: Identifying leads, negotiating deals, and closing sales. Product Knowledge: Understanding the features and benefits of the company's products or services.
