Glarus Technologies is a fast-growing IT company that offers a range of services and software products, including staff augmentation, enterprise solutions, and AI platforms. We help businesses scale efficiently and are seeking a Sales Manager to drive B2B growth.

Position Overview:

Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Drive B2B sales for IT services and software products.
Identify and engage new prospects through cold calls, networking, and digital outreach.
Manage end-to-end sales cycles, from lead generation to deal closure.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Prepare proposals, presentations, and negotiate contracts.
Track sales pipeline, targets, and provide regular reports to management.

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of sales experience
in IT services, software products, or related solutions.
Experience in
B2B
sales
or C2C
.
Strong understanding of IT/software solutions; IT background preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
