Role & responsibilities sales, demat, banking, team handling, insurance, broking KRA Description Equity Margin Collection Minimum 35 Lakhs per month Capped at 10L (Cash Margin - 100%, Stock Transfer - 20%) New Client Addition Minimum 35 account with 1L Margin(Wtd Margin) per month i) 2 A/c of 50K will be equal to 1 account of 1L Margin (only 1 account out of 5 can be considered ) Cross Sell AUM Collection Minimum 3 Cr Per Qtr (IAP/PMS/AIF/SP/PE/MF/FD/Bonds) Insurance 5 Lakhs Per month & 7 TGS SIP SIP - Minimum 35 SIP(Net) of 5K PM of perpetual per month Productivity Broking Revenue PX Minimum 1X from 12th Month Broking revenue Cross Sell PX Minimum 1X Productivity to be achieved from Other Products Sales Process Meetings 2 Joint Meeting Per day per month and Total 30 C3 Leads per RM(Genuine Interested +Physical meeting) Team Size Minimum 7 RMs Shall be maintained live in the team through out the year BTL Activity Minimum 4 Activity to be done. Preferred candidate profile Must be Graduate. Age within 38 to 40. Min 2+ years of experience as a SM / Team Handling. Should have hands on experience in Finance, Insurance (LI & HI) , Demat Account, Mutual Funds, CASA, Broking. Must have experience in Salary Account. Perks and benefits Salary as per company policy and also have lucrative incentives policy.
