The candidate will be responsible for client acquisition, relationship management, project visits, deal closures, and sales team management.Key Responsibilities:Meet architects, interior designers, contractors, and prospective clientsConduct project and site visits to understand client requirementsBuild and maintain strong professional relationshipsHandle complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closureAchieve monthly and annual sales targetsManage, guide, and motivate the sales teamCoordinate with design and execution teams for smooth project deliveryEnsure high customer satisfaction and repeat businessRequired Candidate Profile:Experience: 5 to 8 years (up to 10 years acceptable)Relevant sales experience in Interior / Exterior / Architecture / Construction / Real Estate industryStrong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skillsExperience in handling architects and design consultants preferredAbility to manage a sales team and close high-value dealsWillingness to travel for client meetings and site visitsSalary & Benefits:CTC: ₹6 LPA – ₹9 LPA(₹50,000 – ₹75,000 per month)Additional Benefits: TA / DAPerformance-based growth opportunitiesCompany Profile:Ganpati Homez is a professional Interior & Exterior design company delivering innovative, functional, and high-quality design solutions.
