GadgEon is renowned for its product engineering services in various fields, including IoT, wearables, healthcare, industrial automation, and networking. We deliver end-to-end solutions from requirements to deployment, encompassing both hardware and applications.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Kozhikode. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks will include building and maintaining relationships with customers, analyzing sales data, generating leads, and providing excellent customer service. The role also involves collaborating with different departments to ensure seamless integration of products and services.

Qualifications

Experience in sales management, sales strategy development, and sales data analysis
Proven ability in lead generation and customer relationship management
Strong background in home automation, solar systems, audio-visual systems, or integrated electronic systems
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Experience in the technology or engineering industry is a plus
