Job Description

Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Sales Manager to support and grow our domestic market presence. The ideal candidate will handle client communication, generate leads, and contribute to achieving sales targets across the Indian market.

Responsibilities:
1. Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic markets2. Communicate effectively with existing and prospective clients3. Generate leads through various sales channels and follow up consistently4. Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and product presentations5. Negotiate deals and close sales with potential customers6. Maintain a record of customer interactions, sales, and feedback7. Coordinate with the logistics team for order fulfilment and delivery8. Conduct market research and report on trends and competitor activities9. Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and customer meetings when required10. Assist in post-sales support and customer service11. Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts12. Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets

Required Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communicationLead generation and cold callingKnowledge of basic sales principles and techniquesProficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)Strong negotiation and persuasion abilitiesTime management and organizational skills
