Job Description

As a Sales Manager at TradeLabs based in Mumbai, your role will involve leading the expansion of TradeLabs across Western India by building new client relationships with discount brokers, full-service brokers, banks, and fintech platforms. Your primary focus will be on prospecting, pipeline development, and closing high-value deals. You should bring deep industry expertise, an established network in the capital markets, broking, and fintech sectors, and a proven ability to navigate complex sales cycles with senior stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Drive aggressive acquisition of new clients across Western India aligned with TradeLabs Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) - Build, manage, and maintain a robust sales pipeline by prospecting, qualifying leads, and advancing opportunities - Lead complex sales cycles from initial outreach to contract signing, engaging senior stakeholders - Collaborate with solutions architects and product teams to tailor and position TradeLabs offerings to address client pain points - Demonstrate a deep understanding of regulatory frameworks and articulate their business value - Act as TradeLabs ambassador at industry events to enhance brand visibility - Provide actionable insights from client interactions to influence product roadmaps and solution enhancements - Maintain and update CRM systems to ensure accurate tracking of leads and opportunities Qualifications Required: - 10+ years of sales experience in capital markets technology, trading infrastructure, or fintech SaaS - Extensive connections with decision-makers at brokers, banks, and fintech platforms across Western India - Demonstrated success in consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets - Exceptional ability to engage both business and technical stakeholders - Hands-on experience in maintaining and leveraging CRM platforms - Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills - Ability to thrive as an individual contributor in a fast-paced environment - Proven ability to perform effectively in high-stakes, deadline-driven settings Good-to-Have Skills: - Familiarity with broking platforms, Order Management Systems (OMS), Risk Management Systems (RMS), or API-driven fintech products - Working knowledge of algorithmic trading, risk management systems, and compliance workflows - Experience with consultative sales methodologies focusing on tailored solutions.,
