Statutory Filings : Oversee the preparation and timely filing of all regulatory documents and returns with authorities such as the Registrar of Companies (ROC), Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), and SEBI for the listed entities and all subsidiary entities. Responding to Regulators : Ensuring prompt resolution to queries / notices / summons issued by stock exchanges / SEBI / other regulatory authorities and engaging in discussions with them to resolve their queries. Internal Audits : Conduct regular internal audits and reviews to ensure continuous adherence to regulations and internal policies.
