Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivatedSales Managerto spearhead our luxury resort investment sales strategy. The ideal candidate will be a proven leader with a passion forluxury hospitality, a keen understanding ofinvestment sales, and a drive to build lasting relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNI) and ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNI). Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Leadership:Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to consistently meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Strategic Sales Development:Create and execute tailored sales strategies for luxury resort investments that resonate with investors goals.
  • Client Relationship Management:Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with HNI & UHNI clients, understanding their needs and delivering personalized investment solutions.
  • Presenting Investment Opportunities:Clearly communicate investment opportunities, benefits, ROI models, and exclusive advantages to potential investors.
  • Collaboration:Work closely with the marketing team to generate high-quality leads and execute successful promotional campaigns.
  • Market Insights:Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine and optimize sales strategies.
  • Client Experience Management:Ensure a seamless and exceptional experience for clients, from initial interaction to deal closure and beyond.

Requirements

  • Education:Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience:Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience inreal estate,hospitality investments,aviation, insuranceorluxury products.
  • Skills:Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication abilities. Experience managing high-value deals and client portfolios.
  • Proficiency:Comfortable using CRM tools and digital sales platforms to drive results.
  • Attitude:A self-driven professional with a passion for high-end sales and relationship building.
