FiftySixShots Beverages Pvt. Ltd. is urgently hiring a Sales manager – Off Trade (Goa) to lead and expand our premium alcoholic beverage sales in the retail segment. The ideal candidate will drive revenue growth, establish strong market presence, and manage distributor and retail relationships efficiently while ensuring exceptional execution of brand and trade strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Take complete ownership of Off Trade sales strategy, execution, and performance across Goa.

2. Lead, mentor, and supervise the sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.

3. Establish and maintain strong relationships with distributors, key retail partners, and trade networks.

4. Develop and implement effective route-to-market strategies to increase product availability and visibility.

5. Manage sales forecasting, planning, and performance monitoring with strong analytical insight.

6. Ensure strong brand presence in all modern trade, liquor stores, and general trade outlets.

7. Collaborate with the marketing and trade marketing teams to design impactful in-store promotions and activations.

8. Oversee distributor performance, secondary sales tracking, and inventory management.

9. Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends to identify new opportunities.

10. Ensure compliance with all company policies and excise regulations.
