🔑 Key Responsibilities
  • Take complete ownership of Off Trade sales strategy, execution, and performance across Rajasthan.
  • Lead, mentor, and supervise the sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, key retail partners, and trade networks.
  • Develop and implement effective route-to-market strategies to increase product visibility and availability.
  • Manage sales forecasting, planning, and performance tracking with strong analytical insight.
  • Ensure strong brand presence in modern trade, liquor stores, and general trade outlets.
  • Collaborate with marketing and trade marketing teams for impactful in-store activations and promotions.
  • Oversee distributor performance, secondary sales, and inventory management.
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and excise regulations.
