Sales Manager (Ferrous Market)

Champion is looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our Ferrous Market Sales & Marketing operations. If you have a strong background in refractory sales and are passionate about driving growth, we’d love to connect with you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to expand presence in the domestic ferrous market.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
• Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify new opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of sales experience in the ferrous segment of refractories or allied industries.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.

Preferred Requirements:

• MBA/PGDM in Sales, Marketing, or related discipline.
• Experience in handling large accounts, contracts, and tenders.
• Knowledge of ERP/CRM systems.
