Location: Raipur / Kolkata Experience Required: 10+ Years Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies to expand presence in the domestic ferrous market. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships. Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets. Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify new opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution. Mandatory Requirements: Minimum 10 years of sales experience in the ferrous segment of refractories or allied industries. Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets. Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills. Preferred Requirements: MBA/PGDM in Sales, Marketing, or related discipline. Experience in handling large accounts, contracts, and tenders. Knowledge of ERP/CRM systems.
