About the Role

We are looking for a driven and empathetic Sales Manager to lead the sales engagement for Fateh for Seniors × Elements Active Senior Living, India’s first senior living community designed exclusively for veterans. This role will focus on converting leads into successful sales of pre-leased senior living units and driving leasing engagement, while upholding the values of dignity, care, and service that this initiative represents.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end sales process for the 120 senior living units — from lead nurturing to closure.
  • Engage with prospects (investors, veterans, and families of veterans) to present the unique value proposition.
  • Conduct site visits, presentations, and consultations to convert interest into bookings.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure leads generated from campaigns are followed up quickly and effectively.
  • Build strong relationships with veteran associations, defense networks, and HNI groups to create referral channels.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, sales pipeline, and conversions in CRM.
  • Report on weekly KPIs — lead quality, consultations booked, and unit sales progress.
  • Provide feedback to the marketing team to optimize campaigns based on ground-level insights.


Required Skills & Experience

  • 4–6 years of experience in real estate sales / high-value residential or community projects.
  • Strong ability to build trust-based relationships with senior citizens, veterans, and HNIs.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in site visits, walkthroughs, and closing sales of premium units.
  • Ability to work independently, manage targets, and deliver results under deadlines.
  • Preferably experience in senior living, healthcare, or community housing projects.
