Job Description

Sales & Business Development Manager (Full-Time, Remote)

Euphoria Interiors is looking for a driven and experienced Sales & Business Development Manager to join our remote team. This full-time role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a passion for interior design and luxury services, capable of generating business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base, identifying new market segments, and ensuring the successful conversion of leads into long-term partnerships. You’ll also collaborate closely with the design and project management teams to deliver seamless client experiences from concept to completion.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute targeted sales and business development strategies
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and leads
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with high-value clients and partners
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, potential clients, and growth areas
  • Understand client needs and align offerings by collaborating with internal design and project teams
  • Represent Euphoria Interiors at industry events, exhibitions, and networking platforms
  • Ensure timely client follow-ups, exceptional service, and high satisfaction
  • Track performance metrics, generate regular sales reports, and optimize outreach efforts
  • Build brand presence and credibility in new territories and untapped markets


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or client servicing, ideally in the interior design, architecture, or luxury services sector
  • Proven ability to identify, pitch, and close new business opportunities
  • Strong skills in communication, negotiation, networking, and strategic planning
  • Knowledge of the interior design industry, client behavior, and market trends
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, sales tools, and basic reporting/analytics
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently in a remote setup
  • Based in Mumbai, Delhi, or NCR (preferred)
