Sales Manager

Roles and Responsibilities Manage sales activities in the field, including visiting dealerships and showrooms to promote company products. Develop strong relationships with customers through effective communication and negotiation skills. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay up-to-date on industry trends. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall sales performance. Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets by consistently meeting sales quotas. Desired Candidate Profile 1-4 years of experience in automobile sales, car sales, field sales, field work, or related fields. Strong selling skills with excellent communication abilities for building rapport with customers. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment; flexible schedule required (field jobs). Proficiency in using technology such as CRM software for tracking leads and managing data.
