Medical devices and equipment sales and sales management
Supervising and training sales team
Regular visits for presenting products information to doctors, nurses, and healthcare professionals at hospitals and clinics
Technical support to customers in smooth usage of our products
Preparing and implementing comprehensive business projects and activities planning
Projecting sale forecasts and sales target achievement
Analyze problematic situations, and occurrences and provide solutions
Provide strategic plans and innovative ideas to the board of directors
Execute, monitor, review and report regularly on activities
At least 5 years of sales management experience in medical device field
Strong references in developing strategies and successful business projects
Require to interactively communicate in English with foreigners
Able to proficiently use internet surfing, emails and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power-point)
Management skill, effective decision-making skills, self-learning skill
Good interpersonal and interdepartmental communication and leadership spirit to lead the teams
Willing to work in the hospital environment, and operation theaters and interest in handling medical devices
Able to travel locally and overseas at any time.
