Department: Entuple Product Development Location: Delhi Reports To: Product Manager Experience: 5–8 years in technical sales or business development, preferably in EEE domain Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in EEE or allied fields; MBA (Marketing/Sales) preferred Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with a work experience in Electrical and Electronics Engineering domain to lead and grow our business. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical acumen and a proven track record in Academic sales particularly in areas like power electronics and Drives. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives. Identify, target, and engage potential clients in academia (engineering institutions), OEMs, system integrators & R&D centers. Promote technical products, tools, services, or training solutions tailored to the EEE domain. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders. Conduct product presentations, demos, and technical discussions with clients. Collaborate with the application/engineering team to deliver customized solutions. Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure timely delivery and support. Track market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies. Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for management review. Required Skills and Competencies: Strong understanding of EEE concepts – particularly power electronics. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to manage the entire sales cycle – from lead generation to closure. Prior experience in academic sales, technical software and hardware Products and Solutions. Self-driven, target-oriented, and adaptable to a dynamic work environment.
