Desired Qualification: Graduate in Engineering / Diploma with 8 to 10 Years experience

Job Overview:

We are looking for a Branch Manager to lead our Vadodara branch. You will be responsible for managing daily operations, leading the team, growing business, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management:

    Hire, train, and manage branch staff. Set goals and monitor performance.
  • Business Growth:

    Achieve targets for savings accounts, loans, and other banking products. Cross-sell insurance, mutual funds, etc.
  • Customer Service:

    Ensure smooth service and resolve customer issues quickly.
  • Operations & Compliance:

    Handle day-to-day branch operations. Ensure compliance with banking rules and internal policies.
  • Audit & Risk:

    Maintain proper records. Get high ratings in audits.
  • Local Marketing:

    Build relationships in the local market to bring in new customers.

  • Team Support:

    Assist the Manager in supervising staff, setting targets, and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning.

    Handle customer queries and complaints with professionalism and ensure high satisfaction.
  • Sales & Business Growth:

    Support in achieving sales targets for products or services. Help in cross-selling and upselling.
  • Operations:

    Ensure timely completion of reports, data entry, and backend support work.

Compliance & Reporting:

Position: SALES ENGINEER MALE

Desired Qualification: Graduate in Engineering / Diploma with 1 to 3 Years of experience
