As a Scale Technician, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the proper working condition and calibration of weighing scales. This includes checking the scale charger, DC books, and calculator before each weighment. You will also be verifying the number of birds fed, controlling weak birds" weight details, and maintaining farm average weight details. After each weighment, it will be your duty to transfer the weighing scale to the office and record the scale's place details in the scale register. Additionally, you will need to record the in-time and out-time in the register. You will be required to work closely with farmers and weighment supervisors to physically record weight details. This collaboration is crucial in maintaining accurate records. This is a full-time position with benefits such as food provided, health insurance, leave encashment, and Provident Fund. Role & responsibilities Supervise the operation of earthmoving equipment (excavators, bulldozers, loaders, dumpers, JCBs, etc.). Plan and allocate machinery as per project/site requirements. Monitor daily maintenance checks, fuel usage, and servicing schedules. Enforce strict safety measures for operators and ground staff. Manage and guide machine operators and support staff. Conduct daily toolbox talks and assign work duties. Work closely with Project Engineers, Site Managers, and Supervisors Operate the weighbridge system to record accurate weights of incoming and outgoing vehicles. Ensure proper weighing of raw materials, finished goods, and other loads. Generate and maintain weighment slips for all transactions. Record and update data in registers/software (manual & digital). Communicate daily weighbridge data to the accounts/operations team. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly weighbridge reports. Share weighment data with project/site engineers and management. Report technical faults or system issues immediately for resolution.
