Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for achieving the desired sales target and timely collection as per commercial terms of the company. Your role will involve carrying out promotional activities to enhance market reach, providing quality products and services to increase customer satisfaction, and building effective customer relationships to expand the customer base. Key Responsibilities: - Generate enquiries from end users, distributors, contractors, consultants, OEMs, and panel builders - Develop new dealers and create sub-dealer networks in the area/region to enhance sales - Conduct technical discussions, commercial negotiations, and close orders following the company's policies - Achieve targeted business figures - Ensure timely order booking and execution - Maintain relationships with corporate clients, end users, distributors, contractors, consultants, OEMs, and panel builders - Support and motivate the team to generate business for dealers - Conduct seminars and travel to customer/dealer locations as needed Qualification Required: - Diploma/B.Tech in any discipline - Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar industry,
