Job Description

Role & responsibilities Sales Strategy Implementation: Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base. Analyze market trends and competitors activities to adjust strategies accordingly. Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products, and services. Connection with Channel Partners. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Address customer issues and concerns promptly to ensure customer satisfaction. Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and ensure they are met. Report on the performance of the sales team, market trends, and sales activities to senior management. Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's degree in Business Administration Proven experience with a track record of achieving sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong business sense and industry expertise. Excellent analytical and organizational skills. Willingness to travel extensively across the designated area.
