Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Dehradun. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and leading a sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. Their day-to-day tasks include identifying new sales opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients and partners, conducting market research, and preparing sales reports. Additionally, the Sales Manager will collaborate with marketing and product development teams to enhance sales performance.

  • Experience in Team Management and Leadership
  • Client Relationship Management and Partner Engagement skills
  • Market Research and Sales Strategy Development skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Experience in the healthcare or hearing aid industry is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
