The ideal candidates should have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build and maintain customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: Identify and convert potential leads into customers. Promote and sell products/services to meet sales targets. Manage and grow client relationships. Follow up with leads through calls, emails, or in-person meetings. Maintain accurate records of sales and customer data. Telecallers will focus on lead generation and follow-up via phone. Requirements: Proven experience in sales or customer handling (preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
