About Us

Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve Pan India sales targets.
Manage, motivate, and guide regional sales teams to ensure consistent performance.
Build and maintain relationships with distributors, dealers, and key retail partners.
Identify new market opportunities and expand the dealer network.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adjust sales strategies.
Conduct regular market visits to ensure brand visibility and dealer engagement.
Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns and events.
Prepare and present monthly sales reports to management.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the bicycle, automotive, sports goods industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing large territories.
Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
Willingness to travel extensively across India.
